We write stories in our minds. Often, our stories are propelled by our worries, insecurities, concerns, and distractions. Ingrid offers individuals, couples, and relationships a place to rewrite their narratives and build their confidence and feel supported in their identities. Together, we can create stories that highlight your strengths and acknowledge the societal glass ceilings that are overdue for shattering. My counseling and consulting services help identify and ground the words already in your heart.​

For those who feel burnt out and overwhelmed, our space will be a protected hour that is focused on you and your needs. For those who feel pressure from their trauma, our space will be a soft place to land and learn what empowers you. For those facing big decisions, our space will be a journey of exploration towards your values. For those who wonder about ADHD/AuDHD, our space will be an accommodating classroom open to possibility. You are allowed to have a space that centers you and your needs.

THE VIBES

Whether we're working together in individual therapy, looking to improve your communication with your partner, or you're interested in consulting on your work: I use Narrative, Feminist, and Person-Centered techniques.  We will discuss how to mindfully engage with the societal structures that oppress us. We'll address boundaries that help protect our energy. It's common for sessions to include laughter and honest feedback. Often, we will use symbolism and creativity to explore emotions. You are the expert in your life and my goal is to help you find the words to tell your story.
