Individual Therapy

Individual therapy may be supportive for anyone who needs a space centered on their narratives. Sessions can be a place to lay stress down, to explore values and center them in ones life, or better understand the way ones brain functions. Longterm explorative therapy is encouraged, however short term solution-focused options are also available.​
